After my wife was discharged from the hospital, our daughters found StoryPoint, near our East Memphis home. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful design and warm, welcoming staff. Our apartment’s balcony is a favorite feature, and the diverse, delicious menu keeps dining enjoyable. There’s always something to do—exercise classes, devotionals, movies, outings, and live entertainment. We've made wonderful friends and truly enjoy calling StoryPoint home.
I can't put into adequate words how grateful I am for the care given my mother by the incredible staff and management at this community. In the 2 years that mom was there, we didn't encounter a single uncaring person, and that says a lot! The food is incredible, there are plenty of activities, and the place is immaculately clean! I'm convinced that these wonderful people added years of high quality life for our dear mother. God Bless you all!
I think the community is great. They're very approachable and seem to take very good care of my parents. They're easy to get in contact with since I live at a distance. And my parents seem to be happy with the services there. I haven't had any complaints, and my parents seem to be doing pretty well!
My loved one is currently a resident and this community has been the perfect answer for us. I can't say enough about how good it is. The entire staff is wonderful. Based on our experience, I would recommend it to others.
You'll change what you may have perceived about assisted living when you step into the luxurious accommodations at StoryPoint Germantown! It feels like a resort with its modern and beautiful decor, wide array of activities, and kind and enthusiastic staff. When Stephanie gave me the tour, I knew immediately that this would be a safe and nurturing home for my dad. The staff has been very attentive and patient during his transition, and Stephanie's timely follow-through regarding any concerns or requests put us at ease and provided such a warm welcome for my family. The lovely 2 bedroom accommodations are spacious and ideal for my father, who needs some assistance, and my mother who is independent. Germantown is the place for luxurious assisted and independent living!
