This is 8 years later and still feel the exact same way as I mentioned below! Excellent staff and Community!!! I would move my loved one into Storypoint in a heartbeat! It's a beautiful community, staffed with loving and caring people and the food is absolutely amazing. I work closely with their staff and know first hand the wonderful care they provide to their residents. It really offers the best of both worlds, if you are a private person they can provide that but if you are social and enjoy activity there is always something fun going on!! Take a tour, enjoy lunch or dinner there and see for yourself!!

I can't say enough about this organization. How kind, and generous they have been with information and just about anything else that we needed!! Staff is very very accommodating. My son can be demanding beyond reading when his anxiety gets out of control The staff has gone above and beyond in controlling the situation as well as keeping me informed. Food is very tasty and they give their residents a lot of options to choose from. Their apartments are cleaned on a regular Schedule so all is neat and tidy. To sum it up I couldn't be more pleased.

We have worked with seniors and are very happy here.

Friendly & comfortable, I feel safe and always love to have fun with the staff. I have lived in 4 other communities and this by far is the best place around!

Everyone we came in contact with has been so helpful and kind and never turns down our requests. I feel so close w/ the staff they feel like family.

Responds quickly after order is placed. Work is done promptly and correctly. Maintenance employees are friendly and caring. Greet residents in the common areas. Above average professionalism.

Caregivers are friendly and react quickly. The response time is good and do more than required.

[name removed] has executed several work orders for my unit, having replaced a thermostat that had been problematic for over a year. Several other light fixtures replaced, very diligent and fast! Great staff and clearly likes his job!!

The staff goes above and beyond to keep the residence safe andf happy. Everyone from the front desk, activities, food services. Not just my parents, but I watch the way they interact with everyone.

The staff and whole place is exceptional. Great people worth every penny.

My wife and I would be lost if we didn't have Storypoint. I am a 50 year retired veteran and I have been in many facilities. This is on a different planet!

FYI - My Dad passed away just after 3 days there at Story Point, so my Mom had to be moved into the (lock-down) memory care area. Story Point made the transition very easy for my Mom and made her very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

By far the best senior citizens community in the area. I have lived here a year and half everyone is friendly and the workers keep us happy.
