Residents teamed up to gift 100 cards for 100th birthday celebration!
StoryPoint residents were determined to make Virginia’s 100th birthday special.
Brighton, Mich. — StoryPoint Pickerington resident, Virginia, was born on October 27, 1922, and this year, she celebrated her 100th birthday. To help Virginia have a truly special centenarian celebration, residents from StoryPoint Pickerington and sister community, StoryPoint Powell, knew exactly what to do.
With trips back and forth between communities, residents organized to have more than 100 birthday cards signed from Virginia’s StoryPoint friends and neighbors. Virginia was so surprised to see that she had so much mail on her birthday, and she was honored that her fellow residents took the time to make her monumental birthday so special.
“I never expected so much fanfare for my birthday,” Virginia said. “But I’m so grateful.”
