Executive Chef Gerald Bailey, Sous Chef Natalie Miller, and their talented team dished out award-winning masterpieces. Their Fish and Chip Cake with Green Goddess Tartar Sauce — Pacific cod in panko crumb and potato chip batter — reeled in the Best Appetizer title. If that wasn’t sweet enough, they wowed with a Sticky Toffee Pudding — bread pudding with crème anglaise and pecan praline — earning “Best Appetizer” and “Best Dessert!”
