StoryPoint Rockford recently held a luncheon that may establish a new networking system for professional referrals and idea exchanges in the senior living space.
The networking event was featured in the city’s local newspaper, The Rockford Squire.
“This meeting is the potential start of something, perhaps a round-table type forum” said local attorney Brent Boncher, while praising the efforts of Maria Deneau, Business Development Specialist, and Curtis Avison, Executive Director – both from StoryPoint Rockford.

The event was organized by Maria as a way for these professionals to form relationships and ultimately provide better assistance to seniors who are searching for living arrangements. Having these relationships on hand allows for the professionals to make better informed referrals that clients will benefit most from.
“My personal belief is in the continuity of someone’s life and care. That’s my passion and that’s why I came to work here.”
The event was a success, both productive and enjoyable. It is always a great learning experience to meet and converse with others who are in your industry. We look forward to future iterations of this event!
