They address her always by her first name which is great bc that to me shows they know their residents well. The activities director is one of the biggest blessings to Candlestone, Katina’s a heart of gold and always represents herself as a calm loving person. Very easy for approaching if family or resident. She is like gold to Candlestone! The other staff members to note are Mary- beautiful lady and always greets you with a smile! Arielle and Madilyn both show genuine sincerity with anything you discuss with them. I’ve had at least 3 meetings with them regarding my mom’s care and their comforting personalities are priceless.
