at Cascade Trails

Cascade Trails is a very nice place to live, with nice, upbeat, friendly people. The residents love to do activities and the staff is wonderful. The food is fair. The amenities are beyond expectations, as far as cleanliness and beautiful decor throughout the building. The grounds are beautiful outside, as well.

My Mom has enjoyed her time at Cascade Trails. There are a variety of activities for residents to enjoy. The place is clean and bright. There are different care levels depending on where your loved one’s capabilities are at and activities based on those capabilities. They do provide a variety of meals with alternatives if what they are serving does not agree with you.

Cascade Trails is a warm, welcoming environment. My Mom is enjoying her time there. They have numerous activities every day.

Cascade Trails Senior Living has been such a gift for my mom and for our whole family. She first lived in the senior apartments and is now in assisted living, and through each transition the staff have shown incredible kindness, patience, and genuine care. They don’t just “do their jobs” — they truly know the residents, notice the small things, and make sure people feel seen and valued. My mom has made friends easily here, something that has brought her comfort. Watching her feel connected, supported, and part of a real community has meant the world to us. The warmth of the staff and the sense of belonging they create is something you can feel the moment you walk in.

Cascade Trails Senior Living has been an exceptional experience for our family. My mom has lived in both the senior apartments and assisted living, and in each setting, the staff have been consistently kind, supportive, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to truly know the residents — their personalities, routines, and what helps them feel at home. That level of care creates a sense of comfort and community that is hard to find. We are grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and warmth that Cascade Trails shows every day.

We recently moved our mother from Independent Living apartment at Cascade Trails to assisted living. Her transition to her new home went well and she is getting the care she needs. We are happy with the team at Cascade Trails and know mom is in a safe and caring place.

Mom has lived in Cascade Trails independent living for a couple of years. She recently moved to the assisted living. She seems to be doing well and the care the staff provides seems to be very good. I am pleased with our decision to move her to Cascade Trails.

Mom loves the activities and people there. Facilities are beautiful and clean and apartment is perfect. Mom didn't want to leave her condo and now says she is so happy and glad she made the move.

Cascade Trails offers the best in Senior Living. You can tell how amazing a retirement community is when the residents who call this home are fiercly loyal and refer their family and friends to live here.

The senior living community at Cascade Trails is beautiful, clean and home-like. The employees were friendly and helpful, and acknowledged me right away. The residents were gathered for an activity and seemed to be enjoying themselves and each other; lots of smiles and laughter. The dining room is spacious and well lit. There are even two golden retrievers who visit with the residents. The apartments are spacious, each with a private bathroom and large closets. Laundry services are available on site. The building is nestled in a quiet wooded area right off Spaulding Ave SE.

The building was clean and updated. The employees greeted me quickly and professionally. The residents were engaged in an activity. The dining area was cozy and well lit. The community is tucked back off the road in a quiet natural setting. Several of the employees brought their golden retrievers to work for the residents to enjoy.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff, the wide halls which makes it feel large. It is a newer building that provides housekeeping, shuttle and many activities as part of monthly fee.

I couldn’t have found a better place for my mom. She is happy there, and has been able to keep her dog, which has been so important to her. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Cascade Trails made some of the difficult changes much easier. I highly recommend Cascade Trails.

I can't say enough good things about Cascade Trails. Both the independent living and assisted living facilities are beautiful, with an exercise room and some community rooms available to reserve. The staff give attentive care that is full of patience and compassion. There are many activities to take part in. When my in-laws were in an independent living apartment, we especially enjoyed Sunday brunches in the dining room. It gives us peace of mind to know that there is a nurse practitioner who can serve as their primary care provider in assisted living - on site about weekly.
