We just want to give a shout out to Gary and Anne for their unbelievably prompt service last Thursday, July 9. My mother's air conditioner was not working properly, so I reported it as I was leaving at 4:00 p.m. Anne immediately contacted Gary and my mother had a new unit installed within half an hour! Prompt care like this just reinforces our family's confidence that we have our mother living in the perfect place!

My mother will be 94 in July 2026 and has lived at New Perspective since 2010. Over the years, the services and support she receives have evolved to meet her changing needs. She currently lives in a spacious studio apartment in Betty’s Harbor, a residence designed for individuals with memory-related challenges and, in my mother’s case, for those who require a higher level of physical care as their abilities diminish, while still maintaining much of their cognitive function. The care team surrounding her is truly remarkable. Their genuine care, kindness, and ever-present smiles make an enormous difference in her daily life. They treat my mother with the same dignity, respect, and affection they would show their own mothers. They thoughtfully accessorize her outfits with jewellery and apply her lipstick each day—just as she always did herself. They always include her in activities even when she is unable to contribute. Her favourite day is one with live music and happy hour! A great team always has a great leader. Kristy leads by example, and her team know they are appreciated by her. I live in Australia and Kristy arranges multiple weekly FaceTimes for my mom to connect with me in between my yearly visits. I am forever grateful to Saint Kristy. As a psychologist, I understand how vital these social interactions and personal touches are to emotional well-being and quality of life. We moved my mom, Ruth, here after a less stellar experience elsewhere. She loved her time here. Frequent excursion opportunities for lunch, groceries and shopping. She had, at one point, three card groups on three different days. Great activities...and a feeling of community you could choose how much you wanted, or didnt. Staff were fantastic. Food was great! Highly recommended.

New Perspective's in Eagan is an amazing place! They've been incredibly helpful and supportive right from the start. My dad had some ups and downs after he moved in. But I believe a big part of him coming through it all every time was because of the level of care and commitment to the residence that they have. While I think the place is great, the best part is that my dad loves living there. I highly recommend.
