at StoryPoint Granger

We did a very thorough search of the facilities in the south Bend/Elkhart area before we settled on StoryPoint in Ganger. [name removed], marketing staff, did an excellent job of providing information and a tour of the facility. She also went out of her way to make sure our room and furnicings were acceptable. I was impressed by the large room size and the small size of they it for memory care. Everyone at StoryPoint is very friendly and willing to help anyway they can. We enjoy the food and being able to have free meals when visiting. There is also a lot of activities to engage the residents. A+

The staff was very caring towards [name removed]. They were always kind to us when we visited. We felt he received appropriate care at all stages of his need. The facility was always clean & seemed to be well cared for. The staff were attentive to [name removed] & his needs. We were happy with his care for the year he was there.

I have been working with Storypoint for many years and have recommended them often to Seniors needing Assisted living and Memory Care. Our Non Medical Home care company has worked hand in hand with their staff and find them to be caring and professional individuals. I co sided them to be the best in our area.

I was very impressed with the entirety of the tour. Tiffany is very personable and gathered what info she needed in a conversational style. I felt at ease talking to Tiffany; I never felt pressure throughout our time together.

This place is full of incredible people. When you walk through the door its clean, staff are nice and helpful, and there are always doing activities! The consistency is the key, and your loved one is in great hands, they are very involved with the residents!!

Calm environment. Love the staff, they are always available to help when I call. Love the food. It is delicious.

Excellent. I toured the facilities before choosing, and StoryPoint was first place far. I wouldn't have left her anywhere else. And they have proved to be every bit as great as we expected.

I have been here 1.5 years and have been very happy. From day 1 everybody has made me feel at home. I lived in Dayton, OH all my life and it was a big change coming here! It was a great choice for me.

My experience has been very good. No complaints. Food has been excellent.

I recently moved in to storyPoint senior living two weeks ago my momma and I I totally made the right move and I am absolutely love love StoryPoint and my apartment is so cute and adorable StoryPoint has the most beautiful and friendly CNA and nurses and staff are so friendly and as sweet as a ray of sunshine I am so thankful grateful and blessed that my momma and I are in the same senior living building together we can see each other as much as we can and I would definitely highly recommend StoryPoint senior living in Granger for your love ones food is absolutely delicious, the staff, nurses and CNA are so friendly and helpful to all the residents we love our new home at StoryPoint senior living in Granger StoryPoint has gave us a warm welcome into they’re loving home I love each and everyone of the beautiful friendly staff, nurses, and CNA
