Highland Park is an exceptional community in a perfect location. You can enjoy the surrounding historic neighborhood-shops,bookstores, and great restaurants because they are just steps away. Highland Park offers a wonderful balance of vibrancy and tranquility, from the peaceful aviary ,cozy library, and the joy of regular dog visits. The staff are incredibly kind and dedicated, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. Bailee and the entire team at New Perspective Highland Park were absolutely incredible throughout Paul’s transition. From day one, they showed patience, compassion, flexibility, and genuine care — not just for Paul, but also for his dog Andy, who meant the world to him. Major life transitions like this can be emotional and overwhelming, and their team consistently went above and beyond to make Paul feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they worked with tremendous grace and understanding while we coordinated the sale of Paul’s home and his move into the community. One thing that really stood out to me was how quickly Paul began settling in socially. Hearing that he was already eating lunch with other residents and getting involved speaks volumes about the environment they’ve created there.
