Highland Park is an exceptional community in a perfect location. You can enjoy the surrounding historic neighborhood-shops,bookstores, and great restaurants because they are just steps away. Highland Park offers a wonderful balance of vibrancy and tranquility, from the peaceful aviary ,cozy library, and the joy of regular dog visits. The staff are incredibly kind and dedicated, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. I love the added safety features like a fall detection system which provides me peace of mind.A truly inviting place to call home!

Bailee and the entire team at New Perspective Highland Park were absolutely incredible throughout Paul’s transition. From day one, they showed patience, compassion, flexibility, and genuine care — not just for Paul, but also for his dog Andy, who meant the world to him. Major life transitions like this can be emotional and overwhelming, and their team consistently went above and beyond to make Paul feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they worked with tremendous grace and understanding while we coordinated the sale of Paul’s home and his move into the community. One thing that really stood out to me was how quickly Paul began settling in socially. Hearing that he was already eating lunch with other residents and getting involved speaks volumes about the environment they’ve created there. I’m truly grateful for Bailee and everyone at New Perspective Highland Park. Highly recommend to anyone helping a loved one navigate assisted living options.

The sales rep gave me a good overview of the facility, took me on a tour of the memory care area and answered my many questions. She explained how the elderly waiver works and discussed my financial issues. She promptly answered my calls a few days later.

.Cleanliness of the facility 4 but they're planning to replace all the carpet soon so that would make it a 5. Some of the décor is not the most modern but it's definitely clean and presentable and for the crowd there it's probably perfect. Administrative staff 5 very helpful, hands on, responsive, personable, proactive. There's a new chef starting soon so we'll see...Activities are a3 but still too early to tell, they've only been there for a month. Value for the money is a 5!!!
