Noah was very helpful gave a great tour and explained everything I needed to know.

Everyone is so friendly. My Step- Mother loves living there. My Step-Mother says staff is very kind and helpful, making sure she has what she needs.

Noah has been great. The people in general have been awesome. They have been responsive and helpful. Very kind and respectful to my parents.

Most staff are above and beyond helpful and responsive to every situation. Recreation therapist and the electrician are outstanding as as well as the lobby supervisor.

Seating residents at meal times has been a positive experience. My mom is meeting nice people. Her apartment is still always clean. She is being checked on occasionally, but not too much.

Geared for the age group. Uses all muscles. Non-judgmental. Positive. Story Point staff needs training by another staff leader (not by this group leader).

My mom has been very happy with the food and there are lots of activities available. Unfortunately, she hasn't been participating in them. I think the only thing that could encourage her to engage would be face-to-face outreach. As far as I know, there hasn't been anyone checking in and inviting her to things since the first week or so after she moved in. They have a newsletter that lists out all the goings-on. So it's not that she lacks the information.

Annual cleaning - awesome good-good.

Since I hae a previous commitment, I got back at 3pm. However I was very impressed with the decorations which were still up for the Frank-Ella Show. I heard very positive remarks about the tea and food before dinner was special too. The pictures taken that were taken and turned into royalty were just so special for all that participated. Tiaras for all were beautiful.
