The staff are nice, from what I can tell. I know there's been a few things she's not happy with, like when they randomly started waking her up at 5:00am to use the bathroom and there was no reason for it. Sometimes the food is just "okay." I know some of her clothes go missing when they do her laundry, so she sends some with me sometimes.

Seem to be short staffed frequently. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious. Our family's experience with getting our loved one has been positive overall. Calls and texts prior to move in were answered or replied to quickly. They made it a smoothe process. We did not expect our loved one to get acclimated and meeting other residents so quickly as she was resistant to moving to assisted living. In 6 wks the adjustment was a dramatic turn around!

Very accommodating with care requests. Change in schedules and very friendly staff and always asking how my sister is doing. She has had alot of health issues and changes in her meds and hospital stays. Hopefully that will change soon. At the end of her radiation treatments and so on.
