My mom decided it was time to move to independendent living. She found Story Point Northfield. When we arrived to tour together she got cold feet. Melanie Sparks took the time to coach me and even communicated after hours and on weekends. She was incredibly helpful helping me help my mom who is now a very happy resident. I can't say enough about the facility and staff, but I can say for certain Melanie Sparks is by far the best community specialist I have ever worked with. I'd give Story Point and Melanie 6 stars if I could.

The staff are exceptional. My mother has commented on how quickly and cheerfully small repairs are made . Although we need to be there every evening to dispense medication the staff have always been kind and friendly.

Although she was hesitant at first, the beautiful surroundings and wonderful warm staff have completely won her over. Our entire family is so reassured, knowing that Mom is receiving the attention and care she needs, while still living an independent lifestyle.
