at Independence Village of Oxford (Waterstone)

My husband and I did not know what to expect, nor were we especially excited about giving up our home. Elizabeth , our tour guide, was so enthusiastic and caring that we soon became very involved in the tour and pictured ourselves living and thriving at Independence Waterstone. Elizabeth was patient, answered all our questions, gave us much to consider, helped us appreciate how simplified and risk free our life could be. We left very positive.

I like everything about it. I was just in the hospital and couldn't wait to come back home here to IV Oxford. PT helped me get back on my feet.

Wonderful people and staff. It's well organized, great meals. Nice to have pt therapy, and have a lot of good activities.

Fun and well planned. Theme plan for month. I try to attend as many as possible. People are friendly and feels like family. Glad to be here that meets my needs.

My grandmother was a resident at independence Village Oxford for five years. Now that it is time to be looking for my parents I am interested because we know this facility. Rooms are adequate size menu options are lovely and the care. My grandma had was top-notch. I recommend this facility.

I recently toured Independence Village and had a wonderful experience. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful. It was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and inviting. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was Elizabeth C. She guided us through the tour with such professionalism and care. Elizabeth is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made sure we felt informed and at ease throughout the entire process. Her competence and genuine warmth make her perfectly suited for this role. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend scheduling a tour…especially with Elizabeth.
