Our father resides at New Perspective Senior Living in Prior Lake where he initially lived independently before transitioning into assisted living. He feels safe and secure. We know he is well-cared for by the friendly and supportive staff. The aids have been a blessing!! He is able to use his pendant when needed for assistance with prompt service. His apartment is spacious with all amenities needed. He enjoys the dining room and quality of the food. Breakfast is a favorite! If we need help or have a question, we have always been treated with respect and kindness by the Executive Director-Bridget. This facility is fortunate to have someone who truly cares about their residents and their families. We’re thankful for New Perspective!

Hi i'm Tom Yarusso an 80 year old vulnerable adult, going thru Chemotherapy again for the 2nd time. I have found the best place to live. The management, the residents, and the food are fantastic. The food is restaurant style, cooked to order if you don't like the main meal offered. (see photo of menu).

NPSL PL has the most amazing, attentive staff! They are friendly, eager to assist and go above & beyond. You can feel the positive energy when you walk through the front doors. The entire staff from the buisness and sales office, to the front desk, to the ED and nurses have a smile on their face and make the community feel like home for all. The choice was easy once we met the team and witnessed first hand how many residents were all over the facility socializing and participating in activities. The team there worked with us to make sure our mother received the proper level of care. She always tells us how much she likes all of the staff there and she feels very safe. My mother,Julia B. , became a resident not long after the death of her husband ( my dad ) of 64 years. She was apprehensive and nervous to live on her own but quickly adapted to the many changes. She is in assisted living and partakes in most all activities and outings . She has made many friends with staff and residents alike . We love the community and the staff . My mom was at the New Perspective in Prior Lake. The facility was amazing during Covid! Did a superb job keeping everyone healthy!! The administrative staff and nurses are kind, very responsive and problem solvers. The direct care staff are so kind, work so hard to learn the preferences of each resident and the names of family. I felt they all worked hard to keep my mom out of the hospital and/or rehab and in her apartment which is where she wanted to be. I trusted them and felt my mom was in good hands. She was there a total of 5 years and they felt like family.

My family and I have had a very positive experience with New Perspective Senior Living in Prior Lake. My Mom recently moved in and we were extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. The decision to make the move was difficult for my Mom and the team at New Perspectives welcomed us for repeated visits as my Mom prepared to make that big change. They were patient, understanding and respectful of her feelings regarding this big decision. Once we decided to make the move, the team was helpful with every step of the process from choosing the right unit, to finding movers and making my Mom feel welcome from the moment she entered the building. They were with us on moving day, available to answer our many questions, and welcomed us to meet other residents, meet the staff and try a meal. The building is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, the residents have made my Mom feel like a part of their community from her first day.
