I am a regular at Sanctuary Grande. I am not an employee, but I do work for an organization that cares about senior living. I wanted to share my thoughts about this facility. This is one of the very best places I have been. EVERYONE here is exceptionally kind and caring. I have been fortunate enough to meet with many of their staff. I have asked questions, for which I always get the help I need. I have NEVER heard anyone raise their voice or be unkind in any situation. They are always kind, helpful and in control of the situation. They NEVER belittle their residents or colleagues and are always willing to take the time to help, no matter how busy they are. This facility is ALWAYS exceptionally clean. They have many, many activities to keep the residents active and involved. It’s truly amazing!! They go on outings to Restaurants, Ice Cream facilities, and shopping at places such as Hobby Lobby and many more. They offer exercise sessions, crafts, painting, and sewing. They have church services and offer movies, popcorn, pizza and much, much more! Thank you to all those that have helped me and that take such wonderful care of our Seniors!!

Cleanest and friendliest Assisted Living facility we have visited Very pleased with the service and communication since my father has been there over the last two months

I went to visit with my Aunt and everyone was very friendly. From Maryann at the front desk, Merri and Sherry on activities always giving invites to activities the nurses and the RCs are fantastic too. The business office manager, Jenn, always says hello and checks in too! Amber is always pleasant and says hello with a smile and their new executive director, Felicia, really looks out for the residents!

Our high school soccer team has volunteered at this senior living facility several times, and it has always been an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, caring, and dedicated to creating a positive environment for the residents. You can tell they truly care about the people who live there. The residents are always happy to interact with us, and it’s clear that they are treated with kindness and respect every day. The facility is clean, comfortable, and full of a strong sense of community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to spend time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring senior living community.

I recently moved my mother to this facility. We are very happy so far. The move-in process was smooth and straightforward. The staff is kind and helpful. She enjoys the food and the variety of activities that are offered.

Hands down LOVE the maintenance crew…especially Andy! He is always upbeat and friendly but every resident is his favorite! Andy gets a 5+. Always responsive and efficient!

The Sanctuary Grande is an excellent choice for senior living . The overall layout is spacious with plenty of windows in common areas and there are many different apartment layouts to select from . However the best aspect of the SG is the health care staff. The floor nurses and the many aides who work there are ,for the most part , excellent and their care is personal and thorough . The aides and LPNs on our floor have been professional , kind and supportive. The kitchen staff provides a varied menu and the young people who serve are really pleasant . The front desk is welcoming when you arrive as well. The negative about the Sanctuary Grande is in regard to hospice care . If you or your loved one expects quality palliative care you will need to advocate strongly for it , which can be a burden. Communication can be difficult and frustrating as well.

I provide physical therapy here through Total Care Therapy. Working closely with the Director of nursing, Teresa, and ADON, Lynette , has been great to provide the care the residents need to maintain their strength and mobility. The care assistant staff is always friendly and caring to the residents. The facility also offers a wide variety of activities for the residents and the therapy staff provides exercise classes and joins in with some activities with the residents. It’s been a wonderful place to work with the residents!

Sanctuary Grande is a beautiful facility. The aides and nurses have such compassion for every resident. You feel welcome the moment you enter the building. The rooms are exceptional. I would highly recommend Sanctuary Grande for anyone looking for a safe, affordable and comfortable place to live.

Extremely impressed with the facility and the staff! Everyone is so nice and makes my mom feel safe and at home.

Staff is friendly as far as I know. She complained about a couple people moving her around (she can't move herself from her wheelchair to bed) and she said they didn't care if they were rough. Also, stated that she is left in her chair for a couple of hours when she asked to be put to bed. That's the bad that she told me everything else very nice. They make a good effort to get her to activities. I've had the food, no complaints. Room size just fine.

Care is unbelieve, you have great staff here. Food is great, but want kielbasa. I love that!
