at Stonegate Village

My mother was a resident at Stonegate several years ago. It was very nice then. But from what I’ve seen recently, it has come a long way since then. Looks spectacular now.

Had a tour of this Beautiful facilty in search of a loving, caring, clean facilty for my mom with dementia. I had a wonderful warm feeling as soon as I entered the front door. The Director Stephanie met myself and my 2 sons with a warm welcome. She was very knowledgeable with answers of the questions I had. The warm and very clean facilty was very inviting and the staff I was introduced to throughout the tour was very friendly, kind and happy. Olivia, community specialist at this facility was who I communicated with before my tour, was very informative, friendly and compassionate. She made it easy for me to decide to set up a tour and want to see what they had to offer. I'm glad I did, this was exactly what I'm looking for for my mom.

Lots of activities for residents, building maintained and secure, Very good care given.

From the very beginning of my residency everyone has been friendly and courteous to myself and my family. I have been able to make my room apartment my own by bringing in my own furniture and making it as close to home as possible. The caring staffs have been great.

The staff are the greatest attraction. It's evident it's a great place bc the staff are content with and confident in their responsibilities at Stonegate. Their responses to our family, and esp. my fil, were sincerely patient and encouraging. My fil was not happy at first to be away from home but I heard [name removed] tell him often the first night he was there, "Don't worry we'll figure each other out, and I'll learn what works best for you!" Wow! I slept well that night.

Friendly and caring staff, clean environment, good emphasis on safety.

Outstanding facility. The staff goes above and beyond to care for and interact with residents. It has the feel of independent living as opposed to being in a "care facility."

I really enjoy living here. My favorite experience here is dining in the dining room.

I'd say this is a good place to live. Next to home, it's the best.

Very pleased with her care. Staff always calls to let us know of any change. Staff is always friendly and are very encouraging for her to participate in activites.

I’ve been reading to the residents at Stonegate once a week for just over a year. It is always an enjoyable experience. The residents and workers are fun to be around. The building is always clean and welcoming. I’m amazed at the number of fun activities they offer for residents. There is always something going on. Those activities come with decorations, food, etc. I never know what I will see when I walk in the door. I look forward to going every week.

Their place is special. I am happy to be here for the place. I plan to stay for eleven months.

I would say this has been a relaxing place, I enjoy the friendships and people. Good activities & food is good.

Customer service is great & the attendants are very caring. It is the best place to be if you have to be somewhere.
