The assisted living care team, as well as the dining room staff and administration, were professional and caring, and treated our mom with respect, dignity and love. They treated us like family. The staff at Independence Village at Zionsville West have been so wonderful to my mother-in-law! They all know her by name and take time to ask about how she is doing and make her feel special. The director Jim Gepp is awesome! He always has his door open and makes himself available to residents and family members. He helps out in all areas too, always willing to lend a hand wherever he is needed. We have been other places where it was much less personable. We are very grateful for the kindness we have been extended!
