Residents and families describe a welcoming community that feels like family from the first day, where lifelong friendships take root and mornings feel like a resort vacation. Reviews highlight a gentle, kind atmosphere, a beautiful setting, and team members who go above and beyond at every turn. Many share deep gratitude for the trust and goodwill the community has earned.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with this community for a Beaverdale Neighborhood Social in April 2026. The whole staff was so friendly and professional and really cared about creating a positive social event for their residents and the neighborhood. They went above and beyond as individual staff members and as a group community partner for the event. Since, they have continued to support the neighborhood socials and have graciously provided some resources to other socials. They are a great part of the Beaverdale neighborhood, very professional and very open to thinking about social events for their residents and others. Specifically I love working with Lauren, who also throws professional events for the care community. She’s a great leader at the community.

We looked at StoryPoint Beaverdale as it was close to where my mother-in-law lived. She wasn't ready to go to assisted living but we wanted to find a place that she could picture herself when the time came. I liked it much better than the other nearby facility I toured. The staff, especially Lauren, were so helpful in giving tours and letting us know what was included. It was clean with many activities which is important for my MIL. She ended up needing to move in sooner than we'd planned and the staff was very helpful in getting her room ready and helping coordinate the physical therapy and doctors appointments that they drive her to. Some PT comes to her there.

I recently toured StoryPoint in Beaverdale. The facility is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful without a heavy sales pitch. They were just there to help and answer questions as I navigated the process.

Her apartment is just the right size for her. She said the staff treats her very well and the food is good. They are clean, organized, caring and kind. I've watched her gain new purpose as she settles in and gets to know her neighbors and dinner companions.
