My father has been in residence since Thanksgiving of 2024. The entire process for him to become part of the Story Point community was simple. A notebook with detailed instructions, paperwork and everything we needed was provided and kept us organized. All Story Point staff from reception, office and dining are kind to dad. They greet him by name and check on how he is while he's out and about. The weekly housekeeping allows keeps dad's room looking great and allows us much more time for memory keeping. He very quickly went from saying he didn't want to participate in any activities to being involved in just about everything, even exercising. Dad gets in about 5,000 steps a day and has gained weight since joining the community. He enjoys seeing the other residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They all chat about their day. We enjoy getting to know the many of other folks when we join dad for meals. Often their life stories are fascinating. Moving a parent in.

From the moment you walk in, this assisted-living community exceeds every expectation. The warm, welcoming environment makes both residents and families feel right at home. The staff is exceptional—every caregiver, nurse, and team member truly goes above and beyond. The medical team provides attentive, compassionate care, and the Executive Director Michele Perry leads with dedication and kindness. Every detail, from daily activities to the way residents are treated, reflects genuine commitment and respect. Our family is so grateful to know our loved one is safe, happy, and loved here.

It's a fabulous place - no complaints. Activities are offered but my dad does not partake at this time. 5 for all items and we would definitely recommend StoryPoint Brighton community to other families.

Such a beautiful and clean community, its bright every where you walk with natural light and amazing amenities for your loved one. The staff and management were engaging. I loved the wide hallways and the different activities they have available. What a great experience visiting, highly recommend if you are looking for a great experience in senior living
