What Residents and Families Say

The apartment is the perfect size for everything. The building is clean and big to give him lots of room for walking and he loves to walk in the courtyard. The staff and other residents are very friendly and eager to help. The staff communicate with us as needed. He doesn't care for the food and would rather have the biggest meal in the evening which has been a challenge for us to get him fed adequately. There are a multitude of activities but he either has no interest in participating or is unaware that they are happening so that's a dad problem and not a Story Point problem!

The staff is exceptional—every caregiver, nurse, and team member truly goes above and beyond. The medical team provides attentive, compassionate care, and the Executive Director Michele Perry leads with dedication and kindness. Every detail, from daily activities to the way residents are treated, reflects genuine commitment and respect. Our family is so grateful to know our loved one is safe, happy, and loved here.

It's a fabulous place - no complaints. Activities are offered but my dad does not partake at this time. 5 for all items and we would definitely recommend StoryPoint Brighton community to other families.
