Clean, friendliness, and professional.

If it is necessay to have to place a loved one in a care facility, storypoint needs to be at the top of your choices.

This community is and feels like an extension of our family. Both residents and staff.

Everyone is very nice. Food is very good. Nursing staff is not distributing medication as required. Five separate times I have found medicine in my mother's room.

My Dad is in assisted living, his wife is in memory care. They are both doing so much better with the consistent quality of cate and activities provided. My Dad is very social, but he wasn't able to go out much as his wife's conditioned worsened. Living at StoryPoint he doesn't have to worry about her care, and he gets to participate in all of the social events they offer.

We moved my dad to Story Point about a year ago. The staff is attentive to his needs and my requests for my dad. There are various types of activities that can fit anyone, including my dad who enjoys the church services. The move-in day was easy, and the staff ensured that they were available for extra transition support. My dad is safe, cared for 24/7, and feels very comfortable at Story Point. His well being gives me peace of mind. I would recommend Story Point.

As a healthcare provider, I’ve seen several of the residents at this facility. They all seem very happy and pleased with the services they receive. The facility is clean and beautiful.

Our initial point of contact at StoryPoint was Lisa Hawthorne, and her support was truly exceptional. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, understanding, and thoughtful planning—never applying pressure at any point. Lisa consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and her kindness and dedication will not be forgotten. Every member of the StoryPoint team was equally impressive—from Connie at the front desk to Mary, the director. Each person we encountered demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care and service.

Wonderful people, Wonderful property. All around a very pleasant experience.

Staff is top notch, and maintenance is very helpful and on top of facility.

great place

Thankful for the amazing team at Storypoint on Mountain Creek Road. Their kindness and love for the residents shines through their daily work. The executive director goes above and beyond. She interacts with all of her staff and residents daily. I hear she really loves BINGO! The food is phenomenal. Holidays are always so much fun. If you want your loved one properly cared for and loved, Storypoint is who I recommend!

Such a beautiful place and friendly staff! I was so impressed with how active it was and the food looked delicious!!

I believe the staff took good care of my husband (who was sometimes difficult to handle). The staff was always pleasant and welcoming when I was there. Many of them expressed to me that they enjoyed working with my husband. I was there during lunch a couple of times and all the residents seemed to enjoy their lunches including my husband. The apartment was a nice size and had a nice view. I know they had activities but I was never there when they were having them. I had a key to his room and could visit anytime.

Great place! Very clean and maintained really well. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I really think that they deserve a 10 ️ rating.
