Writing on behalf of my Grandma. She loves the activities and going to the activities and she’s so grateful that she’s able to have her dog with her. But she hates the wait time for lunch and dinner in the dining room. She gets down there on time but sits for an hour waiting for the food to come out

First Impression on arrival - very friendly and accommodating staff. Very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Gave me a great tour of the place. I really appreciated that I was actually shown 2 apartments that I could choose as my selection, and I liked the 1st apartment, which was completely remodeled, 2 bedrooms, which was nice for me, and my family. Funny thing - after the tour - we liked it so much, we signed the lease in the same day!! My son came to sit in as the director explained the lease, and he liked the community as well.

I have friends who have tried other communities, but they always come back home to storypoint. Ive been here for 5 years and I really enjoy living in my home. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous; the interior is well cared for and the staff and residents here are all so wonderful. I can't say enough about our leader. I feel blessed to be a part of this family.

I truly enjoyed my tour of StoryPoint Senior Living!! Trisha Colwell did an amazing job showing me the facility and all its amenities!! I loved it and it's a matter of me getting older and leaving Oakley before I get into a Senior Care facility!! I highly recommend everyone checking out StoryPoint Senior Living!!

I can't imagine living anywhere else. I have lived here for several years and am so grateful. The staff go out of their way to make it feel like home. The meal selection is always top notch, housekeeping does an amazing job, and management is always there to help with the little, and not so little things. This isn't just a place to live, it is a home, a community and I'd highly recommend

I truly love my home. I love the activities, the food , the beautiful scenery and the management . Everyone is so helpful. My children are very happy with me living here. They feel that I am safe. I will recommend StoryPoint Cincinnati to everyone.

My parents have lived in this community since Dec 2023. The office staff, activities folks, dining staff and maintenance crew are very engaged and seem to genuinely enjoy serving the residents. The GM and assistant GM are very approachable. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, especially the ponds in the back. The only thing that has room for improvement is the consistency of the housekeeping services. Otherwise, I'm so glad that my parents have a safe and social place to live in their senior years.

I would like to compliment the staff at storypoint cincinnati. They are extremely helpful to me and my husband. The entire community is fabulous and everyone is so caring. If I could them a 10 out of 10.... I would give them an 11. I'm so grateful to be here.

The aides are amazing We have had a few problems with the apartment but maintenance takes care of it within a couple days. Sometimes same day. There is only 1 person I am not vibing with and that is the lady over the apartments. Like housekeeping and or issues with the apartment. She's not very nice. I think her name is [name removed]. The food is very good. I have no complaints overall.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff, and the location. The campus is nice even with the updating going on. The meals are good most of the time.

It was a hard adjustment coming from a very nice retirement community in sunny Florida but with my wife's declining health it was the best decision we could have made! [name removed] really likes it here and yes, we would recommend StoryPoint Cincinnati community to other families.

I have very few problems here and nothing worth talking about, except. I wish when they renovated that they did not take away our chapel it is only a room with tables.

To be honest I can would give it a 4. But she has not done well because she hates losing her home. She won't eat their food or go for activities. However, the staff are nice. I would recommend the community to other families.

Happy to be here. So many friends. The staff is always ready to help. I feel very safe here.

We have been so happy and pleased with NEC/ Storypoint over the past four years. The management, staff and everyone has been fabulous! Couldn't ask for better love and care here. My home.
