Nick is a wonderful, most kind person to discuss your financials, And, his Narration just simply demonstrates his knowledge of The Danbury. Wait until you hear the memories of working hands on with the Residents! It goes to show that they happily come across as friends in a small town. I have n o t found this sort of camaraderie at other Senior Care facilities i have toured!

Honestly, we didn't really have an experience with Danbury due to the timeframe . The experience we did have was getting him set up to be there, and our experience with [name removed] and [name removed] was wonderful. [name removed] gave us a fantastic tour and was wonderful about helping us get everything set up, and the subsequent conversation I had with [name removed] (sp?) about the planning and the needs we would have for my father-in-law was equally wonderful and they worked with us on many different items about making him comfortable and his care plan and other tidbits. I also did have a follow up conversation with the director of nursing ([name removed], perhaps?) regarding his care plan, and she was equally as wonderful. You can mark those all as a five in my opinion.

Toured this facility and it is very nice and has resources my sister can use, such as the library, which is associated with Worthington Library. PT, OT, game room, etc. They have many activities and off-site trips to stores, etc.. They have movies and entertainment. Activities for All.

I was able to virtual tour many facilities For choosing Danbury of Columbus. What made the difference was the leadership and care shown by the staff at this facility. My father wasn’t there long, but he was in good hands and the recommended hospice team was excellent I would recommend this facility for anybody in a similar circumstance.

My nana Mary Jo has recently passed a way a few days ago. But we moved her into Danbury this past October. They always treated her so kindly despite how stubborn she was. Especially, in her last few days the worker April took very good, kind, gentle care with my nana.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Danbury! The entire environment is incredibly welcoming and engaging - from the front desk, to the dedicated staff and nurses, and the fun daily activities for all the residents to enjoy. Cara (the executive director) is phenomenal. She is exceptionally caring, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure both residents and families feel supported and valued. The therapy staff is also top notch Highly recommend!

The location is nice and all residents are friendly and manage their own activities. Staff is only in 2 days a week but are helpful. No food in this situation as it is independent sr living apt. Clean place and large apartment options. Since it is part of Storypoint with Danbury, some activities can be shared next door with them and Danbury staff is also nice and helpful.

In discovering Danbury Senior Living Columbus, we didn’t just find a place for Mom – we found THE place! Since moving in three months ago, the boost in Mom’s happiness, health, and engagement has been amazing to witness. The transition was seamless, and the environment is so vibrant. Between weekly Tai Chi and bingo, offsite excursions, and a host of other activities, she is constantly on the go! She especially loves the chef-prepared meals (particularly the desserts!) and the social energy of the community. The Danbury team is wonderful and they genuinely care about the residents ‘living their best lives’, which gives our family incredible peace of mind. It has been a fabulous experience from day one, and we highly recommend Danbury Columbus to any family looking for a place where their loved one(s) can genuinely flourish.

Mom is settling in. Really likes the food. Took 2 or 3 weeks to get her on a shower schedule. After a week with no shower had to go and insist but they now have her on a regular schedule. Overall she is happy, just a bit of a rough start. All the staff have been helpful.

My husband has been in the Danbury Memory Care unit for nearly a year. I have a very high regard for the people who work at Danbury. They are caring, compassionate, and give individualized care. I have watched them with my husband and with so many others and I witness beautiful moments every day. It is not an easy job to care for those with dementia and other issues. The aides and nurses work very hard and sometimes that work is very challenging, physically and emotionally. I appreciate the various activities, like "Arm Chair Travel" in the theater and the incomparable Scott Steelman leading us in song once a month. The food is very good, the housekeeping is fine and I am blessed that my life partner is so well-cared for. The facility is attractive and they keep it nicely decorated throughout the year. The atmosphere, run mostly by women, is upbeat and pleasant. There are several attractive common rooms where friends and family can gather and/or eat together. There is a hair salon with a mostly-retired (excellent) stylist who does a great job on my husband's hair and beard, very reasonably priced. I took care of my husband for many years and then, when my health and well-being were at risk, I did a lot of research and made a really good decision to go with Danbury on Snouffer Road in north Columbus.
