The most welcoming and friendly staff. Facilities are top rate, very happy we choose this for mom.

My mom is in the memory care unit and couldn’t be happier. The staff is attentive, and the facilities are first rate. We couldn’t be happier with the decision to have mom come here. Every staff member we interact with is friendly and very welcoming. If you’re looking for a place for yourself or family member who needs additional this is your place.

The staff was very attentive and caring. I would definitely recommend to others.

While having to select this facility for a loved one. We were satisfied with the care they received. The staff were very supportive and helpful in their handling of their care of the person. We had very good discussions about the care and supported in any way possible. The Administrative Staff all were excellent working through any change that occurred or situations beyond any of our control of the patient. The facility was chosen by our family because of its quality care and the professionalism of the Staff. Overall I would recommend the facility without any reservations.

Storypoint has a great memory care unit. It was great for my dad with Dementia. The staff was caring, supportive and compassionate with my dad. Sales/Admissions Director, Nurse Manager and Activities Coordinator and Executive Director were all amazing. They addressed our needs and concerns and provided excellent communication and accommodated all of our needs. Food was good and had great selections. Facility was always clear. Their interaction with staff and residents was great! I definitely will recommend this facility to others!

[removed name] and the staff at Story Point are unparalleled. I felt as if I were on vacation while touring the facility. The residents were so happy, you could feel the positive energy in the room. I can’t say enough about my experience!

The onboarding had a few bumps, and we are ironing out issues related to medications. Overall, no major problems. Since StoryPoint is a relatively new owner of this facility, I think their processes are still being worked on by administrators.

What I am most happy about is that her single room has much more room than any of the single rooms at other facilities. The price is in line, if not a little less. The best way to improve on activities is more of them and publicize.

We are still new there, but overall so far we have had a positive experience there! Would recommend. The food is great! Storypoint has a heart for their residents. There is a happy vibe with staff and those who live there. We made a good choice!

One of the key reasons I chose this community for my mother was because of the wonderful relationship [name removed] has with her and the other residents.
