We visited Independence Village and worked with Jamison Leach on working to get my mom placed in the memory care unit. This was an obvious decision for us to make-we loved the facility and the staff members as we walked through the facility. Although my mom's health deteriorated quickly and we ended up choosing in-home hospice so she could stay at home, they were excellent to deal with--only exhibiting kindness and compassion for our situation and it is something that I will not soon forget. Also, a shout to Lauren she was amazing and we are thankful for her compassion and honesty as we worked to make the best decision for our mom. Absolute angels=highly recommend.

My parents moved in about a year ago and love their apartment! It's clean and quiet. My father is in need of more care now, and Independence Village has been very accommodating. Everyone from the Corsocare Services and Nursing staff, to the front desk, Erica, Chatel & Lori and everyone in between have very supportive of my parents needs. Their open communication and recommendations have really taken a lot of the trepidations that our family has felt regarding dad's care level increase. A true blessing to put our minds at ease!

Loved the tour of Independence Village East with Larry. Staff were wonderful and the facility is beautiful. Lots of amenities offered to residents and the location is prime. We were looking at their assisted living services and they offer everything we would need along with some extras.

My Dad was living in Independent Living and we later realized that he should probably have been in Assisted. Everyone there went over and above to see that he was safe and taken care of. Staff treated him like family. His room was spacious and kept clean by their weekly cleanings.

The staff is amazing. Always above what I would expect. They care. They are happy to listen when you have a question or concern, they want the entire family to feel secure with the care. I could list many specific positives, and I cannot think of anything I would complain about. There are windows everywhere, it's bright and airy and beautiful. But it's the staff that shine. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Life Transitions moved my mom out of the house she and my dad lived in for 30 years and into her new much smaller home. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. They took care of the packing (Kate and Karen were amazing) and unpacking. They not only moved everything into her new house but took care of details we didn’t expect, like setting up and making the beds. Sean, one of the owners, was there for everything and was so kind and helpful. Life Transitions made what was a very difficult time for our family a little bit easier. We know her dietary needs are complex and her preferences can be quite particular, yet you’ve consistently gone above and beyond to ensure she feels both nourished and respected. Your willingness to accommodate her restrictions (diabetic, cardiac and kidney) while still crafting meals she and others enjoy has made a tremendous difference in her daily life and her overall health. For the first time in at least 8 years, her A1C is in normal range ! Miracles do happen. All good. My Mom is doing well with all positive experiences. I'm happy. I have and would recommend but the only down side is the expense but it is what it is.
