I love Storypoint F.W.W.! The staff is very patient and understanding of the needs of residents. They listen to your Individual needs and accommodate. When you have a request for maintenance or special dietary, they resolves those concerns in a very timely manor

We’ve had a great experience with StoryPoint Fort Wayne West. The community has gone through many recent upgrades and improvements, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere and care being put into the property. The maintenance team, especially the maintenance director, deserves a lot of recognition for the hard work, responsiveness, and pride they take in keeping everything running smoothly and looking great. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and the community as a whole. Overall, a welcoming senior living community with a staff that works hard to continually improve the experience for everyone.

Heartland Sings is a regular vendor at Storypoint West, and they are a breeze to work with! They obviously care about their residents, and we are happy to provide enriching entertainment there!

Wife has no regrets about being placed there. She says the staff have gone out of their way to make her stay pleasant and said the food is excellent. As a last comment, staff always go to her room any time there is an activity to see if she would like to participate. She is not left to just sit in her room and pass the time.

Great Place for Family members to recieve good Food!

First time visiting StoryPoint and had a great experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents, which makes a big difference. The activities and amenities offered are well thought out and provide plenty of opportunities for residents to stay engaged and social. Overall, it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into creating a comfortable and supportive environment. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a senior living community in the Fort Wayne area.
