This is a beautiful and clean facility. Staff is very attentive and observant with their patients. They are all very pleasant and easy to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living community. The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and respected. They are patient, kind, and always willing to help. The community is well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. I want to recognize the Executive Director for their outstanding leadership. They are professional, approachable, and genuinely care about both residents and staff. You can see the positive impact they have on the entire community. I would highly recommend Hathaway Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for a loved one. The staff are amazing—very friendly, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and valued. You can tell they truly care about what they do. Overall, it’s a great place with a strong community feel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. I've been reading the comments about how they have "other priorities" due to a fee. They still need to follow procedures and the staff mourn their deaths too. They take amazing care of the people in living. With that being said, I believe this place needs more recognition for their outstanding care rather than some "fee" that they charge.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Hathaway Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely care about the residents, which makes a huge difference. The building is always clean, safe, and has a really comfortable, home-like feel instead of feeling like a hospital. They also offer a lot of activities, so residents stay engaged and don’t feel bored or isolated. One thing that really stands out is how they handle memory care. The staff are patient and trained to work with people who have Alzheimer’s or dementia, and they make sure everyone feels respected and supported. The food is good, and they offer helpful services like housekeeping, transportation, and even a salon, which makes daily life easier and more enjoyable.
