at Maple Lake

This is a cute little community with mostly nice residents. The meals prepared by our chef are excelelnt and visually pleasing. There are plenty of activities for every interest. The staff is great and helpful when needed.

Maple Lake Assisted Living has been the right place for my dad. He loves so many of the staff and the other residents and is well looked after. I feel welcome to visit any time, and appreciate all the care and warmth here.

The staff, facility, and care, are wonderful, attentive, friendly and thoroughly commited to patients and families.

Amazing. I never have to worry about my mother. She always received the best care. My mother is happy safe and receives support she deserves. Having my mom at Maple Lake and knowing she has the best care gives me the opportunity to live my best life too. Gives me the peace of mind and a life my mother truly deserves. Thank you.

Beautiful grounds, nature to be entertained by, (i.e. birds, squirrels, deer, ducks). I appreciate the guest. Staff are responsive and kind. Lots of planned activities if you don't want to stay in your room.

The staff are extremely friendly, kind and patient. the facility itself is beautiful and the food is excellent. my moms only complaint has been the repetitive activities. more variety would be nice. at times she has told me the scheduled activities don't occur

Caring staff. Good resident to care staff ratio. They try to find strategies that work for the individual residents. Staff members are fairly consistent, so are familiar with residents. Room size is small, but adequate. Food is served family style. Food is home cooking style, meat, potato, vegetable. This seems to appeal to the Residents, as they seem to leave little food. Special dietary needs are catered to. Staff care if residents eat, they find an alternate if needed. Desserts are not homemade and are lacking in appeal. Care staff keep the trash picked up, laundry done, beds made. Housekeeping services could be more attentive, especially to floors.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maple Lake Assisted Living! The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and at home. The environment is warm, welcoming, and full of life, with so many engaging activities that keep everyone involved and smiling.

Beautiful community with staff that feel like family! I love checking out the daily soup bar. The food is definitely something to look forward to here!

My mom has enjoyed the food. The caregivers are friendly. The living space is perfect- a 1 bedroom apartment. Her view is lovely.
