Staff is friendly and kind. Activities are engaging, fun and diverse. Mom's apartment is large and she has been able to decorate it just how she pleases. The facility is clean, smells good, is well appointed and homey. The outdoor spaces are spectacular. Mom sees a lot of deer, a fox, hummingbirds, ducks and squirrels. The flower containers are gorgeous. The landscaping and covered porch and gazebo are also beautiful. Yes I would recommend Maple Lake.

Lindsey, the Community Specialist, greeted me near the entrance in a welcoming manner and explained the common areas that were visible including a sitting area with fireplace, a nurses station and a dining area that included a soup and coffee bar. We discussed what i was looking for and she then gave me a tour of the Memory Care. Staff were visible and residents were active in the community room working with flowers and some were doing puzzles. They had boxes of games and hands on material for families to use with their loved one and they had a calendar of daily activities that residents could attend. There were patios and outdoor areas that were secure for residents. I was happy that I toured Maple Lake.
