Overall I would put my family here to be cared for. This stamp was outstanding the cleanliness of the areas was fantastic spacious rooms. This is where I would want to be.

The residents are really friendly and are so great about looking out for each other and being inclusive. The staff are very patient and easy going and always willing to help. Plenty of room in my Mom's one bedroom but not so much that it feels cavernous.

StoryPoint was a wonderful place for him to spend his last few months close to family. The staff was friendly and welcoming to my dad and communicated promptly with me when any issues came up with his care. I really appreciated their patience and warmth. The facility is lovely and has all the amenities we were looking for. The environment is peaceful and easy to navigate.

When I walk into Story point Middletown I see smiling faces. The staff knows everyone by name not just the residence but also family members. The staff are always helping someone. It nice knowing there are truly caring people taking care of my loved ones.

I have visited this facility multiple times, and it consistently leaves a positive impression. The property is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing. The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, particularly the staff, who provide excellent service in dining room. Overall, it’s a well-kept and inviting environment.

I would recommend it to others. We were attracted by the price, the size of their rooms, the services like onsite physical therapy, outings, groups (social) and the meal options.

In common areas it is very clean, but for my Mom's living space we would give it a 3. The lady that cleans spends more time sitting on the couches and talking on her phone than she does cleaning.. When it comes to the food the residents complaints are common. Many activities are limiting because of residents lack of ability to participate because of diminished vision, mobility and dexterity issues. The facility is very expensive and we are being assessed a price increase on [date removed]. Monthly rate for room, board and enhanced care is right at [fee removed] per month. There is a huge turnover of staff and residents. Mom has new health care aides every week. We pay for all supplies, meds, etc. They provide laundry service, yet we were assessed an additional [fee removed] last week. Transportation services are available for doctors' appointments on MWF.

My wife and I particularly like the social events like wind down wed and happy hour Friday. Margarita Monday it gives us the opportunity to meet other residents and enjoy a cocktails or two.
