We were very impressed with the facility overall and the renovated apartments. [name removed], the director, was very personable and even followed up with a thank you video. So far this place is at the top our list for my mother in law. And the cost is reasonable compared to other places.

New Perspective is an awesome place to live. I was there for only 2 months. Was there for rehab and go home. Unfortunately, after checking in and getting moved in, my insurance refused to cover my PT. Therefore, CenterWell in home took over. They were awesome people and helped me get ready to go hssssome. The food here was very good and all the aids were very attentive and pleasant. Would recommend it.

Mother lived at New Perspective for 4 years as a independent resident. She visited many people at other facilities as shut-ins, and decided on New Perspective for herself. The Residents and staff are very friendly and willing to engage in conversation and activities, making residents feel at ease in a new environment. The building and apartment were always clean. Evenings, the building was always secure. When we transitioned to assisted living, the nurses and aides were exceptionally nice, caring and attentive. This makes families feel their loved ones are well cared for.

I have been here over 16 years now I have felt well taken care of and other than the.rent total which is unavoidable I have settled into a good groove here.Looking forward to the renovations. My husband was in the Harbor and received very good care. When he passed I no longer wished to stay in our home so I chose to check into independent senior living, after visiting a few I chose to come to New Perspective. I am very pleased and the adjustment was seamless. The staff are polite, helpful, caring and do a wonderful job making me feel welcome, safe and seen.

My father was here in The Harbor and his care was excellent. My mother has moved in since my father’s passing and she is thriving. The apartments are spacious and well maintained.
