Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Receptionist is always welcoming. There is always plenty of activities to keep residents busy. A nice variety of activities. Mom sometimes complains about the food, but it always sounds good to me, and I try to tell her just because it doesnt sound good to her everybody is different.

This facility was very clean and organized. The group of employees there were respectful and friendly. All the residents seemed very happy and at home there. The interaction between residents and the employees seem to also have a good bond.

I have visited this facility numerous times times and it has been clean, the staff was very friendly. They have different activities for the residents also. I was there and helped during the Easter Egg Hunt for the residents and their families and the families of their workers. It turned out great and the residents enjoyed looking for the eggs also. I would recommend Story Point to anyone who is looking to put their loved one in a facility that feels like home.

My mother was in a residential facility for a couple of years and made due with a public shower and one room. StoryPoint (Provision Living at move-in time) was brand-new beautiful and offered a selection of rooms/apts. with a kitchenette/living room, separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with a handicap shower—all for less than what my mom was paying at her previous facility. Selecting Story Point was a no-brainer! The staff is caring, considerate and supportive, not only of the needs of the residents, but also their family members. I receive calls from her health care providers routinely to discuss medications, treatment plans and my mom’s general physical/ mental condition. There are ample opportunities for exercise classes, games, movies. socializing—as much as my mom desires. Monthly musical performances and special holiday activities and dinners are well done. The beautifully maintained central courtyard offers cafe tables and sun shades to enjoy the flowers, fresh air and sunshine. The bottom line: if you’re searching for a facility for a loved one, you have to check out Story Point!

Storypoint Saint Joseph has exceeded my expectations in every way. It is clean, caring, kind and has wonderful staff. I’m never worried about my loved one there. It has been an excellent choice. The communication is terrific between the facility and family members.

My mother has been at previously Provision now Storypoint for over two years. She has received great care. My big disappointment is that there is such a turnover in staff. The residents see them every day and it's always nice to have some continuity in who is taking care of you. It is hard for them to wake up some morning and found out that someone they usually see is gone without a goodbye. Sometimes I feel that the staff that is hired is just trying to fill an obligation of some sort. They really don't care but have to be there. I would love to see more long term staff.

The facility is clean and well maintained. There are too many turnovers in staffing but the core staff remains the same which is a positive. Sometimes there is a breakdown in communication among staff. Would recommend this facility to others.

The facilities were great and strongly suited for my dad's needs, ie. Wide doors and easy in and out for the bathroom. The patient care was adequate at best. The dining was also adequate, nothing to write home about. The have a lot of indoor activities and monthly meetings for the Veterans and a wall with their pictures and brief summary of their time served. Currently my dad is living in [community removed]. Which is great in every aspect of my dad's needs. Their patient care is second to none.

I’m extremely pleased with the excellent care my Mom is receiving from Storypoint Saint Joseph. The entire staff is attentive, effective, timely, compassionate, and efficient in every aspect. The communication from staff to resident and family is transparent and honest. I have not noticed any judgment or bias. The building is kept very clean, and weekly deep cleaning of my Mom’s room as well as laundry could not be any better! This facility is wonderful and worth every penny spent. Great Job Storypoint Saint Joseph!

Our family took a tour along with Dad and really had a good time. There was so many activities and lots of smiles around us the whole time. They were making chocolate malts and we were able to get a taste test they very yummy. The place is beautiful, the dining room has menus and cloth napkins and beautiful table settings. I love the private dining room that is off to the side where we could come and visit and have family over to have private dining. The rooms are very nice with great outside garden views. They have two outdoor Courtyards with tables and chairs and areas to walk outside very beautiful. The seasonal decorations and fun activities plus a movie theater are all wonderful features.

I highly recommend StoryPoint in St. Joseph. I have heard great things about the facility and caring staff. The activities and programs for the residents and families are excellent! I definitely give five stars to StoryPoint.

StoryPoint has been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. The building is always clean and well maintained, with fresh, inviting décor that feels warm and uplifting instead of “institutional.” It truly doesn’t feel like most facilities I’ve visited. The staff is what makes it exceptional—they are consistently kind, patient, and attentive, treating residents and guests with genuine care and respect. Knowing she is surrounded by people who greet her by name and look out for her gives our family so much peace of mind. We are very grateful for StoryPoint.

I was highly impressed with StoryPoint in St. Joseph, Michigan! [name removed], Life Enrichment Director, kindly showed me around the building, introducing me to friendly staff, while pointing out everything their facility has to offer. The residents.were engaged in fun activities and constant friendly chatter! I love the beauty of the building and the atmosphere of home inside!! I will highly recommend to family and friends!

I've had a wonderful experience with this nursing home. The staff is kind, attentive and truly cares about the residents' well being. One of the things that stands out most is the variety of fun, engaging activities they offer. You can tell they put a lot of thought and energy into making sure residents stay active, social and happy.

We moved my mom in over two years ago. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They have gone over and above my expectations. I know mom is in good hands. [name removed] does a great job. It has to be difficult cooking for multiple people with different tastes. [name removed] does a fabulous job on maintenance. If something needs attention he takes care of it. If a resident has a problem, he will help them out. The aides, I can’t say enough good things about them. They will spend time with mom if needed. My mom is a hugger!! They are all willing to hug and give her a smile!! Thank you to them!! Administration helps out with all questions, problems or concerns. They always respond within a reasonable time. I would recommend this “home” in a heartbeat!!!!
