Visited with my sibling and was surprised by how nice this place was! The community was so welcoming, all the residents seemed so happy. The facility was decorated with pumpkins for fall which made the environment feel like home. Jay, the staff member who helped us, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the place for your loved one, no doubt about it…. Jessica Carlson lead the tour for this facility when we dropped by to visit. For impression immediately walking into the building, it’s elegant, clean, menus/signs are printed in large font, things are easy to navigate and staff/tenants seemed very happy/pleasant. I was excited to learn about ALL the amenities that are included, as other facilities I have toured charge extra for additional services (laundry, transportation, meals etc). All in all, this is the best choice as far as affordability, cleanliness, services provided, friendly staff/residence, and excellent food choices/salad bar.

Independence Village has been wonderful in working with us. Bro-in-law signed contract on 5/5 to move in later in the month. He fell and broke his leg on [date removed]. The trauma left him delirious. They have kept in contact with us and are still allowing him to live there since his recovery is almost complete. The people are nice and helpful and welcoming and AVAILABLE! Food is good and balanced. Transportation is available. The residents I've met really like it there.
