I have toured over 7 senior communities in the last year and was not able to make a decision until Storypoint. The location is perfect, integrated into the vibrant community of Union. The accommodations are bright and clean and everything feels homey from the front desk concierge to the staff, just very nice and sweet. Jennifer gave me the tour but to be honest her transparency in our first call made me feel understood as to what I was looking for. She provided several options to make this transition for my mother smooth. The options were never a mindless upsell but real options that could impact my mother’s success at Storypoint. Touring these facilities can be very stressful. This was the first time it felt let talking to friends. Thank you Jennifer and a huge thank you to the lady at the front desk who let me borrow her umbrella because it was pouring down rain just another example of the fact that Storypoint just doesn’t care for the residents they care for the family too. Loved very moment of my day with them!

Wonderful experience! Accommodations are outstanding. Outstanding staff both permanent & student, excellent accommodations & activities. Helpful, respectful, I would certainly recommend Story Point.

I have lived here 2 years. And from my first day I really felt at home. Everyone was and has been so so nice and helpful. I really think I'm on a cruise every day. My family likes it as well and they are happy I'm here. So satisfied with everything.

People are friendly, food and service choices. Entertainment excursion 5 stars. Communication could be improved (which is true everywhere).

Beautiful fun atmosphere! I visited a resident friend and absolutely loved it. The leadership team is excellent!

Appears to be top rated! Family-oriented. Staff and residents seem to genuinely love being here. Staff meets you where you are, listening to likes, dislikes, and needs.

Everyone from the high school-aged employees to the managers treats us like family. They are truly concerned for the people there. The food as well as the activities are great and they try to engage everyone here.
