My mom spent the final chapter of her life at Danbury Westerville, and I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion she received. She was bedridden, so we didn’t experience the many activities and amenities available to residents, but my experience with the facility was very positive. We also had a wonderful experience with her separate hospice team, who worked alongside the facility during this difficult time. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for the people who dedicate themselves to caring for the elderly. Thank you to the Danbury team for helping care for my mom during such a meaningful and emotional chapter of our lives. I would say a 5. Reasons: *EVERYONE is kind and helpful. Even as time has progressed I am still feeling that kindness. I see that they are helpful with my mom, and ANY issue that arises. *NURSES and the medical care staff have been very attentive to mom's medical needs that we clearly were not able to address as they should be. (The MAIN reason we decided to place her in a place such as Danbury.) VERY pleased with her overall care. *Office, services and food services support are excellent as well. Very pleased with what we've experienced at Danbury.
