Anyone looking for a trusted facility for their parent knows how incredibly difficult it is to find a place that is welcoming, reliable, competent, and kind. My sisters and I flew in from three parts of the country with the goal of finding the perfect place for our mother. Once we walked in the door of this facility, we knew that this was it. Not only was it beautiful, clean, filled with light, and welcoming, but everyone there looked happy and the staff was warm and competent. We met with Patrick who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed, gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and answered our many questions with patience and authenticity. We brought our mother back to visit the very next day and she fell in love with the facility immediately. We feel so fortunate to have found such a beautiful place and look forward to her move in date and the peace of mind that will bring.

Looking for a community for our mother. This facility is the best around; beautiful, bright, clean, super nice staff, everyone we met were professional. The tour was thorough and the residents all seemed happy. Patrick is a great representative for StoryPoint.

I recently visited a friend and had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Patrick, who went above and beyond to make sure residents and guests felt comfortable and cared for. I was also genuinely impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was—it really stood out. It’s clear that a lot of pride and care goes into this place. I left feeling reassured that my friend is in great hands.

I had the pleasure of touring StoryPoint. What a beautiful facility with the most friendly of staff. I was greeted with coffee and introduced to staff as we passed. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs and truly care for anyone living there or visiting. I was impressed with the daily social opportunities. The residences that we met were happy and engaged in activities. The facility itself was beautiful. It is up to date with a homey style. What a wonderful place!

The staff there are great, but like everywhere runs short. Dining room is rather loud.

When my family and I visited we were welcomed immediately and offered beverages while we waited, such a warm atmosphere. The director gave us your, answered all of our question all the staff was friendly, [name removed] the nurse helped us set up an evaluation. [name removed] showed compassion and really wanted to help us.
