It is a very lovely place. I would say the biggest issue they have with it is the wait time when they would call for help. At the very beginning it was very unorganized and we had issues with meds. That has been resolved and everything else is going better. My dad does not like the food choices. It is too spicy for him. He is a very bland person so doesn't like his food to have so much seasoning on it.

What a great change to this building. Storypoint seems to understand that building community culture is a basic starting point to making the community shine. A lot of change in the past few months, majority is good! We look forward to seeing what continues to happen in this beautiful community. Staff finally seem happy, which is a positive for the residents there!

This is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. My relative gets three nice meals a day in a pleasant atmosphere. There is a movie theater, salon, fitness room, library, PT & OT all on site! This place makes it much easier on the family knowing she is well taken care of.

They did a wonderful job. My mom did pass away on [date removed]. Our only concern is towards the end the staff they had working her last weekend they were not sure how to help her. Like going to the bathroom, changing clothes etc. Thankfully Hospice was involved and was able to assist. We were thinking that we would need to move her to a nursing home but instead she went to the hospital and passed away 1 day later so we didn't have to make that change. [community removed] has also gone through staff and management changes and things were starting to get a bit confusing. I would give them a 4 only because of the last week of care.

Entry way is pretty and beautiful fireplace. You can eat anytime of the day. Nice to have beauty shop, exercise room. Enjoy our different activities. Beautiful decor.

Appreciate the wonderful lighting, artistic presentation, multiple activities, help getting medicall apointments and outings, happy hour and music. Excellent food and flexible food hours.

My husband Mark spent five months in Memory Care at Cedarstone ( now Storypoint). It is reassuring to know we chose the most beautiful facility with the best caregivers for him. Our family visited daily and was always given a warm welcome by Precious Clark and her friendly staff. The Memory Care unit is well thought-out with good food, lovely spaces and meaningful activities. (Our family enjoyed watching the Packer games with Mark in the pretty family tv room. ) But most importantly Bobbie W. and her dedicated staff do everything they can for the residents. We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary compassion, dignity, and comfort they provided during Mark’s stay- and especially during his final days.

It is a great facility. The food is exceptional, the activities are good and plentiful. The main drawback is the cost , very high , although in line with others, they are mostly all ridiculously high. My wife had a hard time adjusting, she was there just short of 2 months, we went back to home care from Cornerstone.
