The StoryPoint Staff are kind ,attentive and skilled in redirection and calming methods. This approach greatly decreases episodes of confrontation and agitation for my Mom. When new dementia symptoms arise, nurses are prompt in giving layman level explanations and possible solutions. Lovely, clean interior with very safe lockdown memory care area. Mom's ability to walk unhindered is invaluable Food and activities very good We all feel she is safe,socializing and experiencing personalized outstanding care.

There are always good laughs, warm smiles, hot coffee, & of course, full bellies Clearly that the staff genuinely care about the residents and it’s important to them that they create a place that feels like home. The kindness, compassion in the atmosphere there, makes this a truly special place. You can tell that the people here aren’t just doing a job. they’re making a difference in the lives of the residents every day.

Eating nutritional meals and beginning to join in on a few activities. We, [names removed] and myself, are all very relieved that [name removed] is in such a nice and safe environment. 'A Place for Mom' was SO helpful getting in touch with numerous facilities. StoryPoint was chosen for several reasons. Quality of facility, Many options as far as activities along with wonderful meal plans plus, both her Daughters along with Grandchildren are 4/5 minutes away. 'A Place For Mom' definitely took a lot of the stress away in what can be a very stressful time. We are so grateful to everyone who helped us with this transition!

My Grandma just recently moved into this facility. I was astonished at how beautiful the building is. The host did tell me it's only a couple years old. But from the kitchens on both levels, to the light fixtures, and the paintings on the wall, everything is remarkable. Staff was friendly as well.
