5, it worked out well all the way around. He didn't have any complaints. Room size was all he needed. Unfortunately his short term memory isn't good, so he didn't have a lot to converse about his experience. He did like the food a lot, and he's a foodie.

We couldn't be happier. Mom recently broke her hip. We couldn't wait till she returned. Care is great, staff is fantastic, mom likes the food. They mom sure she is always out for activities even though she's in a wheelchair now.

Memory care is all private rooms with bathrooms. Many activities. Staff is caring and respectful. Food is good and you can make requests

I attended the Block Party event with my grandma yesterday and I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this building. The common areas, public restrooms, the grounds... all pristine! The caregivers were very kind, helpful, and tentative to the residents. And of course the food is always good!"

The food is good & the place is clean. Plenty of activities if someone wants to join in

My sister and I visited Independent Living with our 89 year old Mom. Jamison was our contact. Wow, he is amazing he made my Mom feel very comfortable. As you can imagine this could have been a scary experience, but he made us all feel very comfortable. He answered our questions, and kept the visit very light hearted. The entire staff we encountered was very friendly.

Loved our tour of Independence Village South with Jameson. It’s a very nice, well kept facility and the residents were so sweet. We were looking for assisted living services - they provide all that we would need.

I have been a resident at this community for 3 years. I must commend the staff for their care of residents. Our meals are varied with available choices. Activities offered that include out of community.

It's a place I need to be. I feel safe here. Staff works very hard, clean environment, I like it here. However, I don't know if I can stand an increase in rent every year.

Housekeeping does excellent! My apt is so clean.

Great staff

Transitioning a loved one into care is HARD, especially with dementia. The staff here basically held my hand (and heart) through the entire move-in process. My Dad has been her a few months now, and this place is amazing. The staff all know him, they remember our family, they REALLY care. The memory care staff, especially, are here doing God's work. They're so patient and intuitive with the residents. I highly recommend this facility!!!!

Incredibly clean facility. Staff is very transparent and builds relationships with the residents. I am informed of any changes to medications or anything the staff feels is relevant. Move in process is great. Took some time for my mother to get adjusted, but she is now settled in and loves the nurses and staff.
