It is a 5! As soon as we sat down with [name removed] at Story Point N all of our questions were answered. She got to see a two bedroom apartment and one was available when she wanted it. She has a full kitchen with dishwasher and her own stacked washer/dryer. They provide a heart healthy menu and there are plenty of activities to keep her occupied. They matched her with a resident ambassador to lead her to things and eat with her. She's already ridden their transportation to church. She was also able to have the apartment repainted in the color she preferred. A lovely friendly place! And the family has the security of knowing she is in a safe place when we go out of town. Very satisfied!

This is a well run facility. The staff are caring, competent and considerate and they attempt to meet the needs of all residents as much as possible. The grounds around the facility are well kept and inducive to residents to go outside when the weather permits. This is now our home.
