at Grace Haven

Everyone here is so nice and attentive, always helpful. It's always clean and staff is always responsive. The activities are fun, my mother loves bingo. She has some extra special friends in memory care, especially likes her "boys."

My mom was in memory care. I visited daily and the staff and leadership are friendly and respectful to the residents! Staff is always coming up with unique fun activities.

The care is excellent. I have nothing bad to say. I am well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The activities department is so good to me. If I had to be anywhere but home, I'm glad it's here.

Everyone is cheerful and accepting. You can find a good conversation anywhere. They are very gracious and informative. My family is very relieved that I'm here.

Everything so far has been just fine. I adapted pretty quickly. It has been easy to make friends, and the staff has treated me very well.

They do everything for me. All I have to do is sleep. I get treated with respect. If I need something, I've got it because they'll get it for me

It's something to adjust to. I've made a lot of friends here though, and am happy. We have to make the best of everything. I'm thankful for the good workers here. They are always smiling.

It's not home, but it's ok. I really like the staff. It is a comfortable place. I would recommend Grace Haven to anyone.

Great atmosphere, and smiling faces! Beautiful outside patios open for anyone to sit at. Would 100% recommend for your loved one.

Toured Grace Haven with my brother and our mom, looking for a place for her to thrive during her last years with us. Grace Haven was a beautiful place with wonderful people! The chef gave my mom a box of fresh, homemade treats which she opened and sampled right away. We met with [name removed]who gave us a tour of the building and showed us what her personal apartment could look like. The residents were playing bingo when we got there and seemed to really enjoy themselves. They gave us an activity calendar which was full of a variety of different activities, my mom was very excited to see that. I gave 4 stars because the building was a little tricky to find originally since it sits off the road a bit.

From the moment you walk in, this senior assisted living community truly feels like home. The environment is welcoming, comfortable, and filled with genuine care. The building is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel safe and at ease. What truly sets this community apart is the incredible Life Enrichment program. There calendar shows something meaningful happening...engaging activities, social opportunities, and experiences that bring joy, purpose, and connection to each day.

The community feels warm and comfortable, more like a real home than a facility. The staff are kind, attentive, and always make sure the residents feel at home. There’s always something going on, with a variety of activities and social events that give residents chances to stay active both physically and socially. The food has improved, with a variety of meals being added to the menu. The food is enjoyable and well made. Offering meals that residents look forward to.

Toured the community not too long ago, and not only is it a pretty place, but the residents seem to be very happy. It also looks like the activities department keeps them moving and engaged with all kinds of fun things to do and with outings! From arts and crafts, to exercise, to bingo, even the Casino?! Thumbs up Grace Haven!

My sister and I were in need of immediate need for our mother's medical issues and health decline. She called and the director at grace haven said they had an opening in ther facility . It was more than mom needed and cost more .He said they would charge us the leval of care mom needed and as soon as a room became available they would let us know and we could move her.The director was real helpful in getting us all taken care of which was real nice. Most of the staff has been real nice and accommodating, some not as much.The place is real clean and they most of the time take real good care of mom's needs . Some times though she calls and has to wait to long to get to the bathroom . But over all not bad. The place is real clean and the food is fine. Its hard to get in and out of the building some times . Over all I would recommend the facility if asked .
