The facility was warm and welcoming. The residents were outgoing and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, laid out nicely and had a wonderful view. The kitchen and menu were very impressive. There were plenty of activities and nice spaces. Everything was very clean and well kept.

I came here when it was called [community removed] in 2019. This place deserves to be called a happy, healthy and friendly home.

I was very happy with the attention the staff gives to my mother and her dog, Rocky! They treat them with kindness and respect. The staff worked with us to ensure my mother and Rocky have everything they need and things that make them happy. A happy mom makes for a very happy son.

Our situation is not unique; you are probably experiencing a similar series of events and challenges. We have a set of parents that needs support and help beyond what we can give on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. After trying other facilities and being disappointed on a number of levels, we landed at StoryPoint. From day 1 when we toured the facility, to transitioning from independent to assisted living, the StoryPoint team led by the Site Director has been a very competent and compassionate extension of us as a family. The facility is very clean and well run. They support their staff and have a tremendous loyalty to the team that works there as demonstrated by the high employee retention rates. This is important as we appreciate the stability and service continuity. StoryPoint invests their resources in the right areas. The safety of their residents along with the food and facilities that the residents enjoy are the focus of their business. We highly recommend StoryPoint.

My brother lives at StoryPoint, and I help manage and pay for most of his care. He has Alzheimer’s and recently transitioned into the full Memory Care program. Transitions like this can be difficult, but the staff handled it with patience and compassion. They have been kind and respectful toward my brother, which means a great deal to our family. It is reassuring to know he is in a secure environment designed for residents with memory loss. The staff has also been responsive when I have questions and keeps me informed about his care. Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is challenging for families, and I appreciate the support and professionalism the team at StoryPoint provides. They truly care.

When my parents were in Independent living, the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Thorough cleaning. Always returned their clothes on laundry day. The Enhanced Care staff was very caring, and interested in my parents well-being. My parents didn't want to eat in the dining hall so the staff brought their ordered meals to their room. The staff was willing to perform extra help when my parents needed it. When my dad was moved to the memory care unit, the staff got to know him and personalized his care. They made sure he wasn't isolated in his room. They made sure he ate. The only issues I recall was that things went missing from his room. Clothes disappeared. Personal wipes and lotions needed to be replaced too often. And items appeared in his room that didn't belong to him. However that might be common in memory care units.

My mom and our experience is just shy of 2 months in. The facility is like the tv show Cheers. Everybody knows your name.
