1. food - I think it's very good, and always plenty of options at every meal. 2. cleanliness - very good/exceptional. the entire facility is very well kept and noticeably smells clean 3. apartment size - very adequate (although I'm not living in it, of course). my mom's room is a single. all 4 areas (bed, bath, kitchen, den) are more than adequate. the lighting is good. the bathroom size is large. the shower area (zero-entry) is very good. overall, it's small square footage, but the key factor is the ceiling height.. very high ceilings make the apartment size feel bigger than it is. stated differently, its small enough to encourage getting out, but large enough to feel cozy and not claustrophobic. 4. staff - I like the administrative staff very much. very friendly and helpful -- from director to activities director to front desk personnel, to maintenance director... they give the feeling as if they are as concerned about my mother as I am. all of the day/room staff I have met has been friendly. some seem to be a bit more attentive to my mother than others, but I have neither seen nor heard of any "hard handling" or "abuse" by any staff. my mother is scheduled for a shower 3x a week, but I am not certain of the quality of the assistance she gets with that. laundry is scheduled for once a week, however, I think it would be better if laundry could be done twice a week. with elderly, physiological accidents can mean not just clothes laundry, but bed sheets needing laundering, and there just needs to be more laundry attendance every week. I think this facility is probably in the top 3 (probably top 2) options in Memphis.

Our family member has thoroughly enjoyed her time at StoryPoint Germantown over the past year. We count it as a blessing that she is surrounded by the cheerful, helpful and kind people who work there and the residents who have become cherished friends. She especially enjoys the morning devotions, salon, shuttle rides, entertainment and dining experience. Any concerns or questions we have are met with attentiveness and care.

My aunt stayed in this facility four years ago. The manager is the same, the maintenance man is the same, many of the caretakers are the same, and that made me feel very comfortable that even though the management company had changed that the people who worked there stayed. The rooms are a nice size. The common areas are bright and have lots of natural sunlight.
