When I first moved in the friendly staff and residnets made it feel just like home. The outings are great and they have something for everyone. I love that you can bring your dog.

I am very pleased the staff takes very good care of me and they love my dog.

1. All staff are very helpful in responding to questions or needs. 2. Meals prepared are tasty and healthy and accomodat allergy consideration. 3. Numerouse activities are available for residents to participate according to their interests.

We couldn’t be more impressed with this community. From the moment we toured, it was clear that this is a warm, welcoming and thoughtfully run environment. The facilities are superb - beautifully maintained, comfortable, and staffed by people who genuinely care about the residents. [name Removed] was a major part of what made this experience so positive for myself and my siblings. Her compassion, patience, and deep knowledge guided us every step of the way. She took the time to understand our concerns and ensured we felt confident in our decision. Working with [ name Removed] during what could have been an overwhelming and emotional process was truly a gift! I highly recommend this community to anyone navigating the memory care or assisted living journey.

Very pleased with our decision! The place is exceptionally clean and pleasant. My brother loves the socialization and the activities. He is participating in some activities that I never thought he'd be interested in.

This is one of the most well run, senior living communities anywhere. This is coming from us at CSS, who assists over 70 senior living communities. I have worked with Tiffiany since she started her position at StoryPoint and she does a fantastic job, taking care of the community and all of the residents. I have worked with Melissa since the community was called anthology and she is also fantastic at taking care of the community and Residents. They truly run the community with such care and empathy. It’s such a pleasure to work with them. All the staff here are always very friendly and the community is always very clean. I can’t say enough positive words to describe what a great place this is.

It is a nice, clean and modern facility. They have friendly staff. Only complain was about meal portions.

I liked the fact that the front desk had someone working there 24 hours a day and that the front desk staff knew who you were. I liked that they had outdoor spots you could use when you were there.

Our tour at Story Point- Novi was very informative and confirmed they have what we are looking for in a retirement home for my mom

Staff is always upbeat and helpful -without exception. Residents in assisted living sometimes have to wait quite a while for service after pressing their call button. Although food variety is exceptional, preparation is mediocre and service can be extremely slow.

It's a very small close knit community, very clean. Lots of weekly activities. Good food. The nursing staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for people in need of independent and assisted living.

StoryPoint Novi is a Beautiful community with tons of amenities. My family and I reserved the golf simulator for a party and had a wonderful time!

I can't speak highly enough about StoryPoint Novi. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care. The staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and patient. They take the time to get to know each resident and treat them like family. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and has a warm, home like atmosphere. Activities are thoughtfully planned, and there’s always something to engage the residents. Most importantly, communication with the family has been excellent. You’re always kept informed and feel included in the care process. Choosing an assisted living is one of the hardest decisions a family can make but seeing the level of care, kindness, and dignity that this one provides has made all the difference.
