River Ridge is an outstanding assisted living community and memory care facility. My family member lived there for almost five years and thrived. We experienced the assisted living community and the memory care unit. The leadership team (executive director, wellness coordinator, activities coordinator and facilities manager) consistently communicated and always stayed ahead of his needs. Led by an amazing executive director, the wellness coordinator ensures quality care, the facility manager keeps everything spotless and running smoothly, and the activities coordinator makes sure every resident feels included. The nurses and tech staff are compassionate, skilled, and incredibly consistent. Very little turnover, warm atmosphere, and true attention to detail. River Ridge feels like a family, not a facility. Highly recommend.

River Ridge provided exceptional care for my family member for nearly five years. We experienced the assisted living community and, in the later years, the memory care unit. The leadership team (executive director, wellness coordinator, activities director, and facilities manager) communicated consistently and always stayed ahead of his needs. They coordinated with his medical provider, kept us updated, and made sure he felt supported and engaged. The facility is spotless, well-managed, and full of staff who genuinely care. The activities coordinator checks in personally if a resident misses an activity, and the nurses and techs are compassionate, well-trained, and long-tenured. Very little staff turnover means residents are surrounded by familiar faces who know them well. River Ridge feels more like a family than a facility, and our loved one thrived there. We are deeply grateful for the entire team.

Really friendly, I have too many favorite caregivers to name! Activities are good, because they even have activities on the weekends.

I've gained weight! The food is good! I don't attend most activities, but they had a great party tonight. The caregivers are excellent, especially [name removed] and [name removed]!

With almost six months of care for my father who suffers from some dementia, hearing loss, occasional depression and wheelchair bound, I can truly say the staff has been patient, caring and enthusiastic with him and made him smile. He loves it here!!

My grandma stays in a nursing home that has turned out to be a truly comforting and supportive place for her, which gives our whole family peace of mind. From the moment you enter, it feels welcoming rather than clinical, with warm lighting, inviting spaces, and friendly staff who greet everyone with kindness. Her room is always clean and nicely kept, and there are little personal touches that make it feel like her own space. What really makes the nursing home special is the level of care and attention the residents receive. The staff are patient, compassionate, and genuinely interested in getting to know each person, including my grandma’s stories, preferences, and routines. She often talks about how much she enjoys the daily activities, whether it’s group games, music sessions, or simply chatting with others in the common areas. There’s a strong sense of community that helps residents feel less alone and more connected. It’s reassuring to know she is not only safe and well cared for.

Good- Staff is pleasant. Facility is clean. Meals served on time. Grounds are well kept. Faculty is on board. Meds are dispensed in a timely fashion. When unable to keep our loved ones at home and care for them, this is definitely the best option.

River Ridge is an excellent senior community with amazing leadership! They are committed to providing the best care for their residents.

My grandparents live here and it’s awesome to know they are covered and the meals provided are great and staff is so friendly. Everytime I visit the sales staff makes sure my questions are always answered, provides solutions to any questions I have and then the direct care workers are helpful to my grandparents to make sure they get everything they need
