I’ve live at Spring Leaf Apts in Columbus. Going on 5 years +. We have a great manager, Mary and maintenance man, Rusty. They are both helpful & knowledgeable with apartment living. Spring Leaf is convenient to quite a few shopping areas and nice restaurants.

Awesome place. My wife and I moved here in July and are very happy. The people here are like family. The place is clean. There are lots of great activities and events to participate in. We highly recommend moving here. The staff is also amazing.

Great place to live & a lot of friendly people live here. They have activities for us to do!!! We play: Bingo-my fav game there!! It is easy to get in & out of. [name removed] is a GREAT community leader. We have garages to put our car in.

We chose Spring Leaf Place because of the location and the type of apartment, it is not assisted living just independent. They also had a ground floor option available. My mom is in a 1 bedroom and it is perfect for her needs. They do offer 2-3 bedrooms as well and offer garages. They do have a rec room with workout equipment and and Wii. They also have movie nights in here and a library. It is a very close knit community and they all look out for each other. It has been really wonderful for my mom and it has changed her for the better. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

Convenient location. Apartments are large. Prices are great. Call right away before someone else does. I spoke to the Manager--who is a true professional.....very nice. She said there are only a couple apartments left to rent. This is a great place. Community feel.

My parents have a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment with a small balcony here and they love it. When we went on the tour there was no pressure and they were very accommodating. It is resident driven community, they really look out for each other. They are making friends and enjoying the activities they have to offer. The grounds are nicely landscaped. The maintenance is great and helpful the only downfall is the water pressure is very poor. I would recommend this community to families.
