at Springvale

Mom was just getting older and not able or wanting to do the day to day tasks of living at home and also having consistent health issues. We decided to move her into Springvale Assisted Living and she is loving it! After taking care of her home and family for over 65 years she is enjoying her needs being taken care of. She participates in the many weekly and daily activities offered, has made friends and continues to have family and friends visit her and she doesn’t have to worry about anything. Recently dad has had his own issues of continuing to live alone and not being able to keep up with the home chores and has moved in with her at Springvale. They have a nice sized apartment together with a patio that they can go out and walk in an enclosed courtyard. Our family is very pleased with this facility and all the staff! It’s been a great decision and it’s nice to know they are safe and being taken care of! Thank you Springvale!

My father moved in 1-1/2 months ago and I visit the facility every day. I toured about ten facilities in the area and Springvale appeared to be one of the best. Our experience to date has been very positive. The facility is relatively new and is very well maintained. There is a variety of rooms / apartments and all seemed very spacious and comfortable. There are two enclosed outdoor courtyards. The food seems healthy and there are options available for every meal. The events director is very enthusiastic and many activities are scheduled. It is reassuring that entry to the facility is restricted as everyone has to be buzzed in or out. Overall, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I believe my father has transitioned well and we are pleased with the experience so far.

It’s a very nice layout, all the staff I’ve spoken with are awesome. The best part is the activities they have, they do a ton of fun things with the residents and go out of their way to find something everyone likes.

I attended a resident event at Springvale Assisted Living and was blown away by the connection that the staff had with their residents- they knew every single name, their preferences, their styles- all of it. The event was SO FUN and so well attended by the residents that you could tell they truly enjoy being part of the community at Springvale. If you are searching for an assisted living facility or memory care facility for yourself or a loved one, I would highly recommend Springvale in Swartz Creek!

Our mom is 95 years of age. Mind is pretty good but on hospice care for neuropathy pain primarily. High maintenance for sure. Cannot say enough about this facility. Outstanding!!

Good! The thing I have been most impressed with is the help, they have wonderful people.

I've been here for three weeks and everything has been great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always have fun things scheduled to do. The place is kept so clean at all times.

Beautiful home-like community with large rooms, new carpet, and caring staff.

can’t say enough good things about this place. The caregivers treat residents like family, and you can tell they genuinely care. It’s such a relief knowing my loved one is happy, safe, and surrounded by kind people every day.
