My mother has been a resident there since December 3,2025. The care she receives is wonderful! The staff are all about the residents and their families. I live in Florida, yet I have the peace in my heart knowing my mom is in a safe place and being well taken care of. I love that they keep my mom active instead of her just watching TV. She plays Bimgo three times a week, attends the music concerts they offer, and enjoys crafts. The other day I was so excited to see a picture of mom and her painted angel because she went on a field trip to a pottery store. This brought tears to my eyes mainly because she got to ride in the van we talked about during one of my visits. Thank you for taking care of my mom

My parents moved into Edencrest (now StoryPoint) at Timberline in November 2025. Their experience has been outstanding. The entire staff are so friendly, caring and supportive. They really make you feel welcome and part of the community that they have here. When my father needed hospice care after being diagnosed with cancer, the medical team went above and beyond to help out and worked hand in hand with hospice to make the transition so smooth. We are so grateful for Geoff Counasse’s leadership as the executive director - he certainly leads by example to show his sincere care for those living in this facility.

Bickford is a good community. The food is made daily right there. It's so good that my Aunt refused to let us take her out to eat! She didn't want to miss lunch. They don't have a lot of activities but it is set up so that the residents can walk freely inside. Must have permission to leave, however family is welcome to come and take them out. There's also a court yard and garden spot they can visit on their own. My aunt is glad to be able to come and go outside in that area. The staff is very friendly.

Edencrest at Timberline is ......... quality, new, fresh, clean, upbeat, attentive, warm, nurturing, empathetic, engaged, responsive. Mom was Doris, not a client. Edencrest took a sincere interest in mom as an individual. The staff to client ratio was very good. Staff interactions with mom were warm and frequent. Individual medical plans and execution was comforting. The memory unit and care provided was excellent. Edencrest met our needs while also providing counsel and expertise for the care plan. My aunt lived in another state. She is 91 years old . She was all alone in that state,independent ! She was found outside unconscious by the fire department and hospitalized for 7 days. She had not taken her medicine or paid her electric bill. Something had to be done! Family in CA, Montana, and Iowa met! It was decided to move her to Iowa since her 6 kids were buried there. I am in Iowa and started looking for an Assisted Care or Memory Care placement. I called A Place for Mom. They recommended several places near me. I started visiting places by me. When I got to Edencrest at Timberline I knew I had found the right place! It’s very clean and friendly. Staff bent over to help me pick between assisted care or memory care. She started out in memory care and now 3 months later we moved her to assisted care. The nursing director helped us all the time. I would highly recommend this place to you!

I was pleasantly surprised with the look and feel of the facility at Edencrest at Timberline. Friendly people, good food (sometimes cold, though) and good activities. There were some resource constraints, but management was working on handling the issues. I felt at home from day one of my stay.

Included in the price is transportation to social or medical events. They attempt to get input for social events and the menu from residents. The staff regardless of position chip in where needed to meet the needs of residents. The assistance given those in assisted living is defined in an assessment that can be modified as needs change as soon as 30 days. Staff are friendly and respectful.
